This was by far the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was dirty with mystery crust on the walls, mold in the sink with ants, and dirty towels. I’m pretty sure they didn’t change them out from the previous occupants. Additionally, the pillows were so small.. How hard is it to have regular pillows? I don’t have problems with older or cheap hotels. What I do care about is cleanliness… and this hotel had none.
Needed a place to stay in an emergency, booked on line with points, got to hotel put card on file when checked in, we ended up not staying as our emergency changed and they were very nice at desk, but when I had a charge on card, I called back and have been getting run around ever since. Kept telling me it was just the deposit on the room and would refund back to card, still never has and every time I call back to discuss, they hang up on me.
Rooms by far were the best part of our stay. Went down to breakfast Saturday morning to two men cussing and yelling at each other. While the front desk guy asked him to leave then walked off. Sunday morning came down to have breakfast and there was nothing to eat and didn’t look like it was going to be restocked anytime soon. Pool wasn’t open. Just not a good experience
