stayed April 5th and 6th. was told there was a hot breakfast from 6a-10a 7 days a week. got up sunday morning. went to breakfast around 6:45, there only sausage patties and the waffle maker. Apparently that counts as a "hot" breakfast. When asked about eggs, bacon etc., we got told "we aren't doing eggs today. Complete waste of $110 dollars. Also ran out of toilet paper. Two roll holders that were almost out and no extra rolls.
This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. The smell of the rooms, all the scratches and shady things in the room.... the sktechy surrounding.... It was so bad that I had to check out two days early. Even though I was supposed to get a refund and the front desk told me I would, it never happened. I gave up after calling everyday for more than a week. There is no customer service that is any help.
Rooms do not look like pictures online the ac works half ass and the room stinks
Do not stay here. Terrible hotel. Here is a list of the things that was wrong with our room: -mold in bathtub in caulking -trash in refrigerator (which didn’t work) -rusted out breaker box without panel in bathroom -door is like a foot from the bed and light shined directly through. Don’t be deceived by 3 star like we were. 1 star would be too generous.
DO NOT STAY HERE. Terrible hotel and we were completely mislead by online photos and ratings. Mold in the bathtub, trash inside the mini fridge in our room (and it also was not working). Door was not put in correctly and light/noise came through all sides all night long. Terrible hotel. Do not be deceived like we were. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
