Amazing hotel but I have to give it 2 stars because of the $200 deposit for the room. I understand that for most hotels there is a depsoit but it would have been better if they just put a hold on the deposit instead of actually charging it. But now I have to wait 5-7 business days for the money to return to my card since they charged me where as a hold would just release the money back to my card immediately. I was just disappointed that the hot tub and tool area was closed.
Nice place, but. Parked after dark and had a red curb behind me I didn’t notice, so this morning got up to see my truck missing and had drag marks in the pavement from my tires skidding. Went to the front desk and the guy said he called my room at 1 am. When it was checked it was proven he lied right to my face. I was told he even knew it was happening.
