This place looks and feels like a prison. It needs massive maintenance and renovation.
Very old Hotel. Has had some updates. DON'T STAY HERE IF STAIRS ARE A PROBLEM FOR YOU.
My wife and I had a great time in Norfolk and our hotel was a perfect spot from the water. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel could definitely use some home improvements, but overall its a nice hotel.
Not terrible, but definitely not wonderful.either The Room was pretty clean and our beds were soft and comfortable. Hotel Lacks professionalism and although there is only one person manning the desk and we needed help tonight and she could not help us as at all…there is a convention going on and they are all taking up the handicap spots. My mom is handicapped and we needed assistance with this and figuring out what to do.
