My friend and I recently stayed here and the stay was ok, but the guy at the front desk was horrible. He had the worst attitude and lacked customer service skills to rectify a safety concern. I’m not sure if he was just having a bad day or what but he made us feel extremely uncomfortable. 0 out of 0 do not recommend.
Our air conditioner was making a loud noise and acting funny late at night and it was kind of loud on the floor. We also had a used washcloth left in the bathroom but overall very clean, nice standard king room. The customer service was stellar. I would stay again. It was very close to my daughter's college, ODU. We loved that.
Overall id recommend. The location is great. Outside looks dated but inside is good. Friendly staff. The top floor rooms have great views. If stay again. For the price it’s a good value
