I stayed at the hotel many many times before jumping on a plane taking off to Paradise. #1. Make sure you specify a package that says park and fly, otherwise you're going to have an extra charge for daily parking. #2. There is no hot water at this hotel. No matter what time of night or day you never get more than lukewarm water. #3. The restaurant / bar / take out is very slow very expensive. #4. I would not suggest walking barefoot in the room. I missed my flight because of an employee that didn't give us a wake up call. we had arranged that the night before. she was rude when we asked her to call us a cab because we wouldn't make it with the shuttle. the place is disgusting. the third floor hallway smelled like smoke and marijuana and our bed sheets were wet. we slept in our clothes on towels. horrible. negative -10 if that was an option.

Needs an update for sure but its one of those near the airport hotels, that’s convenient when you miss a flight. Don’t bother with restaurant if hotels full, wait and service not great. Shuttle to airport every 30 min., and on time. Coffee (strong which I like ) and snack bar in lobby was good.

I stayed hear on 7-22. It was filthy. I did not even receive wash cloths. Hair everywhere and a big wet spot covering 1/4 of the room. Shame on the owners.

Would be zero if that was an option. I was utterly disgusted and disappointed in the quality of this hotel. The hallways were dirty and had garbage and crumbs throughout. The pillar in the lobby has a space for flowers or other type decor but was filled with rock, debris and garbage. The shower curtain was moldy and the bed was rock hard. The sheets were so itchy that we slept with our long sleeve shirts and pants on which was horrible considering that it was 90 degrees outside and the ac could not cool the room. I left New Jersey over 10 years ago, I used to stay here when I came home to visit. It was nice then, I was in total shock when I brought some friends back home with me. The place was run down, it is in need of a new renovation. The rooms needs to be upgraded with refrigerators and microwaves. I couldn't believe that these two items were not in my room. Plus, I ordered a pastrami sandwich and got corned beef. I was told that it was pastrami, the cook and waitress did not know the difference. Hopefully, they can make some cha... read more
