This hotel is terrible! Very rude staff when checking in. Husband & I booked room for 4 nights,2 adults. He tells us only 1 of us will get free breakfast, although free breakfast stayed on their listing on Booking.com. Called them, very nice & confirmed we should have 2 breakfasts/day. Put me on hold to call hotel desk, came back & said man (evening shift) was very rude to them as well and would not even discuss matter. Booking is refunding us a small amt—about $16. When you first walk in, it looks nice. That feeling immediately changes when you walk down the grungy hallways with ceilings so low, you can almost touch. Then you get into the elevator that smells like urine and question whether it’s going to break down. The rooms are dark and gloomy. The beds have a square wooden frame that jets out far from the mattress, so watch your shins! We left with some serious bruises. My room lock repeatedly stopped working. Good: room was clean and plenty of parking Bad: front office wasn’t very friendly upon check in. Was told free breakfast was for only 1 guest I’d have to pay for my wife and daughter if they wanted to eat “free” breakfast. Indoor pool no towels, pool was freezing when asked about towels and temperature they rudely said we needed to bring towels from our room(not sure what we are supposed to use when we shower.) and that the temperature was totally normal. Had justva couple days here but people were great and the bartender was awsome . Quite in room
It served the purpose of our short visit of 4 nights. Conviently located for everything we needed to do. Didn't seem to take long from the airport but sorry can not remember exact timing ! The rooms were clean, not quite enough storage /hanging space for clothes if your stay is longer, and certainly didn't go for the view from the room, but it was quiet, and the beds and pillows were sooooo comfy. Gametime basketball team was lucky enough to stay at this Holiday Inn location for the Memorial Day Invitational Tournament this weekend. We had the best time and were fortunate to have Johnathan Maxwell seeing to our every need. He was GREAT! Thank you Johnathan for all you did for us. I think you deserve a raise or promotion. Just sayin'! LOL The rooms were clean and very nice and the breakfast is wonderful. The location was great for we lady shoppers also. We would definitely stay here again
