Patricia is top notch in customer service and professional approach. Very helpful to this tired weary traveller. Rooms and shower are very nice. Highly recommended
Hotel is nice but not in a good part of town. Our muffler on our truck got cut off and stolen our first night there and front desk had zero interest when I went to them to ask about security or footage. Could see the truck from our room window and still nothing could be done.
Great place to stay while in Edmonton
Unfortunately I was quite upset when I arrived to check in. I specifically booked the Wyndham because I flew all day and was very hungry . The Wyndham garden website clearly states the restaurant is open until11:00pm. I made the reservation at9:30pm and arrived to check in at 10:05pm. I was told that the restaurant was closed. The sign in the dining room clearly says: “dinner until 11:00pm”. I made my dissatisfaction known the the front desk.
