I stay here often when passing through the edmonton area. The staff is very courteous, and addresses any issues promptly. One of the better hotels in Leduc, and one of the best breakfasts in any hotel. Anybody complaining about this place, doesnt get out much.
Nice rooms, good service, restaurant food is ok. But my main concern was the cleanliness of the hottub and the room its in. The hot tub smelled like the strongest urine I’ve ever smelled and it has mildew all over it. Tiles of the room were gross and this is definitely last on their list of priorities. Too bad because if it was clean it would’ve been great but I got out immediately bc I felt really gross.
Stayed 4 nights for work near airport. Friendly staff, tasty breakfast, room clean and bed comfortable. Would be nice if shower was handheld.
