Mary Jo and Rose were exceptional in helping me during my stay! They were both amazing and very understanding/accommodating.
My experience with this hotel is horrible. Their communication and accounting or billing is fraudulent. I got there the receptionist charged me the services that wasn't rendered I questioned her she apologized and she made a refund. After I checked out. They charged me again for the 3days I used that I already paid for. I have been calling them their response was awkward and unprofessional they could not provide me details until they see the manager. Please avoid this organization.
