Let me start by saying this hotel has amazing staff. I have stayed here over 10 times as it’s close to my work and the receptionists and breakfast staff has always been so kind and willing to help. Their service alone is the reason I choose to come back. The shortcomings are in the rooms. Out of the 10+ times I’ve stayed here, 4-5 of those times I have had to get a room change due to insects. I’m currently sitting at 9:25 PM wondering how exactly I booked such a terrible experience. I travel frequently as a Marriott Bonvoy member, and typically have wonderful experiences during my stays. Upon arriving at this location, there was an interesting experience with a person randomly dancing right out front that may have been foreshadowing of the vibe at this place. I should have left then. I stayed in July 2025, and after returning to my country, Saudi Arabia, in August, the hotel withdrew $1300 from my Visa card. I contacted them, but I haven't received a response as of today, March 2, 2026.
The front desk lady was great she is the best receptionist I have ever experienced she make you feel welcome and very polite and supportive
