Dirty sheets, ants infestation in beds, dressers, floor. When I woke up at 3 AM ants were crawling all over me and my kids mind you I was leaving at 5AM. The lady at the front desk says well why didn’t you get another room I said I didn’t realize it would be an ant infestation when I went to sleep. No juice, breakfast isn't free, no toothbrushes, no hot water, no maintenance arrives and was over 200 dollars.
Clean rooms, welcoming and open to help service, five star experience every time and I use them every month. Home cooked breakfast in the morning is worth the stay by itself. Thank you.
