I came to wydam on a business trip and the front desk was very helpful and accommodating.
We had two rooms right outside the pool which was great. The unfortunate was there was way too much chlorine in the pool which burned my eyes. Pool was overcrowded but that was understandable due to it being Labor Day Weekend. Our rooms were not that great We requested a king bed and received 2 queens in one room but in our other room we did get the two beds requested. This hotel is amazing! The pool is so awesome for the kids. I always try to get a poolside room. It’s so reasonably priced and it’s so close to the mall! This is a great location, great hotel! We will be staying again in the future and we’ve enjoyed every time we stayed here. The breakfast seems to be different every time we stay here, but they always make sure that we have food in the morning. I love this place!
We had a great stay at the Wyndham Bloomington. The room was clean, facilities were nice, staff was courteous, and pool was wonderful. The location cannot be better right next to the mall and airport, light rail, and easy access to main traffic routes in the twin cities. This is great place for families and traveling professionals alike, and we will definitely be returning.
Where do I start... I usually take the family to Mall of America for school shopping every year. This year we decided to stay close to the mall, we usually stay downtown Minneapolis. This is by far the worst experience I ever had with a hotel. Sheets smelled like urine, no housekeeping for 3 days even though I called front desk numerous times. Rooms smelled very bad. Saw a lady naked from the waist down walking around the hallways. No one seemed to care at all. Stay away from this hotel!!!
