My elderly mom bought a part there for a friend to install it was not the right part. She took back and they did not wanted to pay her back. Because the part plastic container was open. At the end they were nice enough to pay 50% of the prices. Yeah they said they could not resale as new. And that was their policy for not trying to refund her money.

Hi Eden, we appreciate your concern but unfortunately the problem was not the part. Your Mother came in with the inside of a cartridge and asked for this part. Knowing what it was despite part of it missing, she was sold a new cartridge. Later that day it was returned by a gentleman who was with her earlier and said it was it was leaking. He left that cartridge and was handed a brand new cartridge at no cost. You could see this cartridge had been installed so we disposed of it. They came out as soon as I called, told us our options, with absolutely no pressure! Janice is amazing in the office, Jason and the other 2 technicians that came out first were so nice. Had a scheduled appointment and 2 hours, 20 minutes later I call to see if they were still coming. The word from the estimator is that he came and at the time there “was another plumber walking in the door at the same time!” Absolutely not true. Had the estimator took the time to read the advertising on the van he/she would have seen it was very clearly an air conditioning company. Poor attention to detail and extreme rudeness and bad business to not even call to express what was suspected.
They're probably great if you know what you're doing but they're not very helpful if you need assistance with parts, especially in older homes.
