I have lived at Wyman Park for six years now and I can really only overall say nice things about my time here. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful when I have questions, and the maintenance team puts in a lot of work in a timely manner to fix issues in the apartment. The building itself is a little on the older side, but the rooms are well-kept. The neighbors are friendly and considerate of space and noise levels. Thank you!

My mother was dating the owner's brother when I was 11ish years old and we lived here. I'm 44 now. We used to take the elevator to the top floor and rife the fire escape slides all the way down to the bottom. Not a bad memory comes to mind. Loved the apartments and the city. Been back home in Florida now 30 years now. I really miss you Baltimore. Go Orioles!!

I have lived here for over a year and have just moved to my second apartment within the building. Both apartments have great wood floors, working appliances, and lots of sunlight. The building has been super quiet and I rarely hear anything above/below my apartment since the ceilings are so tall. The laundry room is fine, I usually have to run the dryer twice. The location is great, safe, lots of nature, and walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops. Maintenance is timely and I have only seen one cockroach which was ... read more
