My mother was dating the owner's brother when I was 11ish years old and we lived here. I'm 44 now. We used to take the elevator to the top floor and rife the fire escape slides all the way down to the bottom. Not a bad memory comes to mind. Loved the apartments and the city. Been back home in Florida now 30 years now. I really miss you Baltimore. Go Orioles!!

I have lived here for over a year and have just moved to my second apartment within the building. Both apartments have great wood floors, working appliances, and lots of sunlight. The building has been super quiet and I rarely hear anything above/below my apartment since the ceilings are so tall. The laundry room is fine, I usually have to run the dryer twice. I have lived here going on three (3) yrs. . I have absolutely no complaints. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Management staff is responsive. The price is reasonable. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The building is a secure building. True...it is not "modern", but personally, I prefer the old hardwood floors and despite the age of the building ; the overall aforementioned "charms", of the building more than make up for any shortcomings + it's bug and rodent free !
