Bad Customer service Not customer friendly at all! Do not buy from this business. Owners are confrontational. If they damage a wheel or wheel accessories they will not replace it. Even if they admit to it. They would rather lose a customer and referrals worth thousands of dollars in tires then replace a piece they damaged. Save yourself the headache and go to a big tire retailer.
Very helpful I had a great experience with the owners when I needed a tire plugged. They were very honest with me and told me they would plug it but I should still get another tire. They found me a used tire for the same price they were going to plug the other one for. Great customer service.
Best place around to buy tires -- really good prices and great service! Wylie Tire is terrific! After shopping for new tires, I found them to be priced the best and the service couldn't have been better. I didn't even get a chance to sit down and the tires were on. Everything is included in their prices too! They don't charge extra for balancing, valve stems, etc. If they don't have the tire in stock, they'll get it within 1 day. If you are looking for tires -- this is the place to go!
Disappointing Customer Service Tried using this shop a couple times even though they messed up. The original owner is a nice enough guy but the son is an A$$. If you have any trouble try working with the original owner because you will probably received good customer service but if you deal with the boy, might as well leave and go somewhere else.
Great prices Good prices and fast service. I thought I would try them and was very satisfied. I'll never go to the big tire companies again...I saved well over a hundred dollars on two tires.
Wylie Tire I believe this is owned by the same family that has Poole Feed Store next door, and they treat everybody like home-town folk. They can fix a flat in no time, and all for a very reasonable price! I would definitely give them a try!
great service i have known the owners of this business all of my life and know them to be good at taking care of all your tire repair needs. sonny george and i grew up together and has been a friend that i can rely on to recommend to my friends to professional repair and replace tires. centrally located in wylie and easy to access. you will be glad you chose them.
