Took my phone here to have a new screen put on. After I left the volume buttons wouldn't work, couldn't use the phone unless it was on speaker, the phone overheated, the cheap screen cracked from my dropping the phone about 3 inches off the floor. After this the phone went into safe mode and couldn't be used. Went to AT&T and they determined the volume buttons were the cause of the phone being in safe mode.
