Great hospitality, the new store in my neighborhood, I think they lived in Wylie before I did so I'll just call them locals. I'm from Santa Cruz California "A local" who ran the mountains. My new pit stop from my off-road workouts.

Awesome place to go for a post workout shake, I haven't been for one of their workouts, but have only heard good things. Shane and Sandra are great peeps to talk too and have slot of knowledge about getting/staying healthy!
