Our leasing manager DON’T ever respond to calls or texts. Its been more than 10 days that our buzzer hasn’t been setup, got laundry keys after more than a week that too after practically begging. Our oven doesn’t work , stove never gets heated up. All this is literally within 10 days and nobody wants to resolve any issue
Honestly, I was completely disappointed living here, today there was a disaster with the repair of the refrigerator and freezer, the man came and did nothing to all my instructions, that the refrigerator does not work as it should, it makes a loud noise, even louder than the roar of the car and will soon stop working at all! He has provided excellent client service, always being supportive, professional, and flexible whenever I needed assistance. Andrew made everything easier with his prompt responses and willingness to help. I really appreciate the care and attention he brings to his work. Thank you for going above and beyond!
I’m am very unhappy about the policies followed by the current administration regarding the rental prices difference. The maintenance is unresolved and it’s been marked as complete when nobody did anything about that work order. I have a feeling like I am a slave not a customer who pays money.
