Very poor service. I inquired about 2 bed and booked the showing. When i arrived the leasibg agent she said ohh i dont have the booking and i dont have units available. She promised to send the videos to me and till now its 1 week she never sent it. Worst service
Worst service. Booked a appointment and was told no unut available and she was really bad and rude.
I have been living in this apartment building for about a year now, and unfortunately my experience has been nothing but frustrating. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The biggest issue is the management. They are extremely unresponsive and unreliable when it comes to tenant concerns. Communication is poor, and follow-through is even worse. I have been living this complex for a long time and so far I am satisfied especially with the service that my friend Luis has provided me who has been very friendly and helpful where he has been very effective when he gave me his help with problems in my apartment.
