Very professional, fast results and knowledgeable.
Arrived 15 minutes early for our 9:45am appointment. At 10:15am we still hadn't been seen but noticed that others were going in ahead of us that had arrived after us. We asked the front desk and they advised offered no explanation. At 10:30 we followed up again, this time catching the doctor as she exited her office and found out that the front desk never gave her our file so we were never going to be seen. I've just walked to this new eye clinic to find out if possible to see the optometrist anytime this week...First off, the front person on duty (the older one, not the younger person) was so quick to respond to me and didn't allow the main front lady to service me. She was so abrupt in trying to finish my sentences and then couldn't wait to say "they are closed" for the week - not sure why since it was only shortly after 4pm and the are supposed to be open until 5pm. Fabulous practice! Dr. Sharon Markowitz is thorough, thoughtful and knowledgable. Love the solution that she came up with for me, which saved me from buying two separate pairs of glasses by marrying my prescriptions seamlessly. This approach saved me money but more importantly a huge nuisance. Punctual, easy parking and amazing service!
