Wyatt Roofing refuses to pay Axium Solar for the balance due for work completed. Wyatt Roofing procured Axium Solar to perform a solar array removal and reinstallation in June, 2017. A signed/executed contract was signed and 50% payment was submitted for the first half of the job. Axium Solar completed the reinstallation, but Wyatt Roofing refuses to pay the balance due of $4,185.71 saying that the homeowner never paid them for the roof work.
