we've lived here over seven years, and the building is adequately staffed, managed and run very professionally. Maintenance staff is well run with low turn over. Apartments are high end condo quality.
Extremely Disappointed – Vandalism and Racist Behavior at The Wyatt I never expected to experience such disrespect at a place like The Wyatt. My artwork and loom was vandalized, and the way I was treated was not only unprofessional but also carried clear racist undertones. I was told they keep it for couple of days. As an artist and a resident, I deserve to feel safe and respected. What happened was not just a personal offense — it reflects a serious issue that should not be ignored.
When I moved to Portland 4 years ago I chose the Wyatt. It helped me during/after the pandemic to have a nice landing place to rebuild. Rosie's smile I'd see in the morning, Jose kind and helpful when things needed fixing, Paul and his creative ways to bring people together. Everyone at the office professional, kind. The tenants seem to care about making sure to maintain safety of the building. Though I've moved grateful to have had a positive experience.
An amazing building to live in Portland’s beautiful Pearl. Luke and his team are taking incredible care of the building and its community - extremely welcoming, helpful & the right sense of urgency. The Plaza is always great for a bbq with friends, a calm moment to relax & escape your daily business. We absolutely love our balcony and can highly recommend the apartments. There is parking in the parking garage, a gym, community activities & much more to explore.
