Lived here for 2 years, the apartments are truly top notch! Real wood floors, gas stove, stunning views, ample parking, thick concrete walls - the building itself feels well built compared to a lot of the "luxury" stuff out there. Not as impressed with Greystar for being difficult during an after-hours maintenance emergency and spamming my email with advertisements disguised as "perks", but the dedicated maintenance team is always fast once a work order is put in! We moved into the Wyatt 2 weeks ago. The whole experience so far has been top notch. The residents and staff have been so friendly, warm, and welcoming. Betty was our leasing agent who answered all of our questions before, during, and after the move. She made an otherwise stressful time as seamless as possible by facilitating our use of the freight elevator and loading dock and supervising the delivery and pickup of our many, many packages that we ordered as part of our move.
