I think it needs majorly updated! Half the docks were broken up, wasp nest everywhere. The guy owner was very nice and polite, the woman was very rude. Couch was a mess, tv got no reception. Electricity went out for over four hours, received no compensation! Do not recommend these cabins....sad but true. Oh they have a book you write in with "many" ripped out pages....I wonder why!
We had an amazing time at Wyandot Woods. Our group was large so we stayed in two cabins - the Rustic Cabin and Cape Cod. Both cabins had everything we needed for our families. The swimming lake provided fun for all ages - the floating raft, canoes, fishing poles, and hungry fish kept our kids busy for the long holiday weekend without complaints about the lack of cell phone service. Wyandot Woods is a perfect place to reconnect as a family and relax for the weekend. We've already booked for next year!
The place was beautiful but the owner has zero kids with autism tolerance, that is a shame! He let us booked the blue cabin knowing we have a 4 years old son and as soonest we got there he asked us to keep it quiet, we explain to him about our son havig autism and he said " I understand, I have kids but, you have to keep it quiet " so since the beginning our getaway was ruined, thanks to this person, my getaway supposed to be relaxing but instead I have to stayed inside the cabin the rest of the trip and saying to my son to ... read more
