Bahaa was wonderful! She has truly helped me change my life! I hit a plateau a few years ago and couldn't lose the extra weight and had no energy. I gave up and figured I would continue to have to live my life overweight and unable to do the things I love. I saw her website and as a last ditch effort decided to meet with her. That was over a year ago and now I am the most fit and happy I've ever been. I have a healthy relation with food and exercise now (something I've never been able to do)!
