My furnace went out when the low was going into 40s..I was not a established customer and have a mobile furnace..I thought since they advertise 24 hour emergency service, they would have at least helped a senior citizen..They did not....
If you are going to call someone back, then an effort should be made to try to call them back. Was told I would receive a call either Monday or by close of business Tuesday to set an appointment and never received one. I would have been happy with a courtesy call to let me know they were trying to make an effort to set am appointment.
Just want to say how great WW Heating & Air Conditioning was! Found myself with an 87* house and in need of a new AC unit and a new furnace. They were very quick to respond. They helped me choose the right furnace and AC for my home. The workers were extremely efficient, professional, and clean! Excellent service, I will recommend them to everyone I know!
Not sure why we didn’t matter but we didn’t. My daughter has a seizure condition which is exacerbated by the heat. Our central air unit went out so we called, understood there was a wait but wanted to schedule anyway. The woman we talked to seemed nice enough, told us she’d call us back with a time for our appointment. That was 3 weeks ago. We haven’t heard a single thing from them, they could have at least let us know they weren’t coming so we could find someone else. Which we have done. Woke up at 5am to a 65 degree house. Called Ww and within an hour they arrived. Very impressed with the quick response & turn around.
Thank you for sending Dean over this morning. Its nice and toasty inside.
They saved me from a scammer who sold me a sham duct "cleaning" and told me I needed a new furnace - current one is FINE. And...WW estimate (had I needed a new unit) was far lower than scammer and name-brand. I'll be calling WW for any issues from here out!
