The doctors are excellent but if you are in a room on the 4th floor, hopefully you don’t have a medical emergency because it takes them over 5 minutes to respond to your call light. There will be people walking by but they don’t stop at your room. And you have to keep an eye on the cleaning lady, she almost walked off with a tablets changing cord that had fallen on the floor. Still waiting in ER waiting room after 5 hours. It's packed. Something needs done about this. People in the waiting room are bleeding, coughing, sleeping, in pain, vomiting. I used to be a nurse In this ER and I understand the issues surrounding this problem. They need to do better.

Such a horrible place . Especially when its suppose to be considered as a place of "healing" you guys are by far ridiculous, unfair, and abusive by me experience. I'm dead serious. I literally hate you guys. You do not know what your doing. Medically of patient tech health, even your doctors are untrained. And do no know how to treat people at the bare minimum. You guys are so I'm professional and un really it's unbelievable consider another Job and shut the hospital down is the only solution

Thank you to all the dedicated medical professionals at Wheeling hospital! I received nothing but excellent care and compassionate treatment throughout my entire admission from the OBGYN Outpatient center and L&D to the Postpartum Dept. and NICU! God bless you all with grateful patients in your difficult work!
