WVU Medicine, you have to do better. Back in April, I came here due to an upper respiratory infection. Isaac Smith ignored me & refused to give me an antibiotic due to his concerns of C. Diff. I was not taking other antibiotics so that concern was unmerited. I went to another location after dealing with it for over a month. Anoher professional prescribed me antibiotics & prednisone. Less than 24 hours late after treatment, no all night coughing fits & breathing improved. Patients know their bodies & would like to feel heard.
Great experience
Brought my child here and they did a good job. The wait can a be a little long but usually still shorter than the other urgent care location. It seems like most of the providers are knowledgeable and you can get basic testing done like strep and flu.
My daughter was just at this location to be seen for severe seasonal allergies. Saira George was who she was seen by, as this was the second time she's been seen by this Dr, with 1st visit being for something else. 1st visit this Dr was condescending, rude, rolled eyes, belittled her and she was no different second time seeing her. Tried to make my daughter feel like what she was there for was inaccurate and tried saying it was something else and went in to describe basic flu symptoms.
