Doctors who actually sit with you and answer your questions as if they are a friend. One of the few physicians who really take the time to get to know you and your symptoms. I have had spinal decompression needed for years it was WVU Sports Medicine who listened to me first diagnosed the actual problem which started a treatment which SOLVED the problem. Again with my knee the same result; attentive care which led to a liveable solution.

I have partipated in aqua therapy at the new WVU Sports Medicine facility for over 7 months. The staff is .fantastic . Everyone from the staff you first see On entering to the actual pt staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a fantastic center.. plenty of close to the building parking or if you need assistance into the building there are people that will help you with wheelchair assistance. I am now working in the gym on various equipment.

Horrible orthopedic service at Sports Medicine. I was referred to Sports Medicine for worsening knee pain over a 20-year period. I could walk 100 yards max. The WVU orthopedist spent literally 60 seconds examining my knee, said, "There's nothing wrong with your knee" (quote) and then walked out.
