Friendly staff. Experienced and well educated doctors. They are able to help get you on the best treatment plan to a better and more comfortable quality of living.
Called ahead explained daughters issue schedule appt a month out. Only to be told why did you come to a sinus doctor ? Ummm because you all told me this is where I needed to go. Now gonna have a bill out the wazoo for a simple you are at the wrong doctor pre warning ⚠️ apparently they only deal with sinus allergies 😐
We have traveled over an hour away, took time off of work to come to a ENT appointment with Michelle Ritchie. Yes we were a few minutes late, but since her “ears wasn’t draining” they would not see her. It would of taken her 5 minutes to look in her ears, especially since this was a appointment I could not reschedule and “had” to be here for! The front desk staff was very rude to begin with and had not a care in the work that my 17 month old daughter would not be seen today. Very disappointed, this would not of happened with... read more
Went here for help with chronic sinus issues and ended up having sinus surgery. Dr. Hwang is absolutely wonderful. She is knowledgeable, efficient, and understanding. She eased my frustrations at first when nothing seemed to help my symptoms and her calming presence went a long way as we discussed surgery and post-op procedures. I would highly recommend her to anyone struggling with similar issues.
