Absolutely horrible. Doctor was dismissive and didn’t listen to me at all. My son has severe sleep apnea and nonstop runny nose. Doctor wanted me to see an immunologist and get my 2 year old re-vaccinated. Went to UPMC and at the first visit agreed to adenoidectomy. After the surgery, UPMC doc said my son had the biggest adenoids he’s ever seen. To think the ENT team at WVU would put my son through so much for no reason. I appreciate the ENT Clinic greatly and would recommend their services to anyone. I’ve lost nearly all of my hearing and have obtained hearing aids from this location for many years now. I’ve alway found one audiologist (Diane) to be very kind and knowledgeable. Additionally, the audiologist who administered my hearing tests (Haley) was very sweet and I appreciate her being direct with advice regarding my particular scenario. I can’t imagine anyone not being happy with this clinic.
I found the women at the helpdesk to be very helpful.
no help ..... front desk was useless... apt 115 drove 2 hours got there at 1 ..... checked in and taken back by 105... going great right.... weighted and vitals taken by a person who acted like she didn't want to be there..... sat in the patient room waiting to be seen till 145..... zero people checked on me... went to front desk and said hey I have been sitting back there for 40 minutes .... zero help they did give me my copay back..... 4.degrees from WVU all my kids graduated from WVU.... The doctor I saw was incredibly rude and dismissive. I have a genetic disorder and don't handle a lot of medications well. I explained to this doctor that a medication he was going to use on me did not react to me well, yet he used it anyway and completely dismissed me. Then he completely coated a cotton ball in it without my consent and shoved it up my nose. I ended up leaving the office with my face half numb and a racing heartbeat because of this.
