The staff is fine but this is the second time I have traveled here to discover my appointment is canceled last minute. This is unacceptable they should provide more notice for appointment changes. Will be finding a new provider.

Very, very hard to get a prescription refilled. There was an issue (shouldn't have been, the issue ended up being an office mistake) with a standard, unadjusted refill going through and no one called me about it. Took about a week of calls, the pharmacy faxing and asking for the refill, and follow ups for it to finally go through. When it did, I'd called the office 5 times just that day and, in the end, they still sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy.
