I’m so grateful we had the opportunity to see Tressa Bonasso for my son’s appointment. As a mom, you can tell when someone is truly listening and genuinely cares, and that’s exactly how I felt during our visit. I was actually charged " for going over the allowed time" however I was there until Dr told me the appointment was over. I have never seen charged before at any other Dr in my life. So if you go there make sure you document and take pictures of your time you are there. Also if you want to go somewhere where you can easily get your child results don't go here. I filled out a request online on May 15th 2025 for a date in dec of 2022 and because the online form line was small I could only write my first name electronically and ... read more

Most of the staff seem friendly but the Doctors we’ve dealt with don’t seem to care anymore. If they do they have a terrible way of showing it.

We took my son there a couple years ago and it was great but now we have Been sending a referral to them for over a month and they still are saying they haven’t received it. So, we decided to fax it ourselves. And it went through and they still are saying they didn’t received it!
