I was actually charged " for going over the allowed time" however I was there until Dr told me the appointment was over. I have never seen charged before at any other Dr in my life. So if you go there make sure you document and take pictures of your time you are there. Also if you want to go somewhere where you can easily get your child results don't go here. Most of the staff seem friendly but the Doctors we’ve dealt with don’t seem to care anymore. If they do they have a terrible way of showing it.
We took my son there a couple years ago and it was great but now we have Been sending a referral to them for over a month and they still are saying they haven’t received it. So, we decided to fax it ourselves. And it went through and they still are saying they didn’t received it!
The lady who answered the phone was very kind and helpful. They where able to process my purchase and deliver the items quickly.
None of the doctors know how to read a chart or pay attention to relevant information. Didnt have the competency to even check my chart - attempted to give a third round of steroids for the babys lung when you can only do 2 and both were completed last week. Expressing concerns of my iron level to 3 different nurses and 2 doctors and a PA only to be ignored. Blood was took but never ran the tests…. Also left my blood samples in the room that were all clotted/old, definitely a biohazard and now unable to use and would now nee... read more
