I would recommend this place to anyone! Everyone that I’ve talked to or been involved with were very kind, considerate, helpful and informative!
Worst patient care experience I've had in years, issues were brought forwards repeatedly with staff worried more about pushing appointments for next year than talking to an anxious and concerned patient. I was instructed to be at Breast Care Center by 10:15. Arrived at 10 am and rude receptionist told me I would have to wait until 10:15 due to a 15 minute rule. This is not explained anywhere and the appointment time in WVU Medicine MYChart states appointment time arrival by 10:15. I have never been rudely treated like this and is a reason I do not use the Breast Care center The Cheat Lake center is SO much more patient centered and friendly.
From the receptionists all the way through to the doctors, this exceptional team made all the difference in my cancer treatment. They truly listened & provided professional & compassionate care.
