I went to Barnesville emergency room on 10/22/20 by ambulance. I had the worst experience at this ER I’ve ever had in my life. I work at wheeling hospital so I know how things are suppose to be done. I was there from 2:30am-6:30am. In that time period I did not have a single drink of water, nor did they ask if I needed one. I did not have a button to call for help if needed. RecommendedI was seen in the ER yesterday evening and they were amazing. Dr. Morris was a great doctor. She was very thorough and explained everything completely. Everyone I encountered was kind, efficient, and also considerate. It was an excellent experience. If you have to be in the ER this is the place to go.

make your people at the register desk do their job the way it should be done by taking people in the order they sign in and not over pass people for their friends that just walk in and are taken in front of everyone else that's been waiting
Our 7 year old daughter was recently seen in the ER for a laceration, she went from the ER to surgery then recovery to a room for observation. We couldn't have asked for better care all the way around! The staff went above and beyond to make her (and us) comfortable! Thank you all!!

I had my 3 year old son at the ER at 3am last night. The nurses were so attentive and caring, as well as the xray tech. That helps so much with a scared and sick child! We had a great experience. Dr. Baum was great too! Thank you Barnesville Hospital!
