Every single time I have an appointment they reschedule it for multiple months later. Wouldn’t be an issue if it hadn’t happened 3+ times already
They are very rude and unprofessional, everytime I need something they refuse to help and I’ve gone weeks without a way to monitor my blood sugars! I just got out of the hospital yesterday and they didn't care. Didn't even acknowledge my message about it. They haven't helped at all . I absolutely do not recommend them and I’ve been going there for years!
Dr. Sadiq offers you increases in your meds. I refused at the time of visit but needed the increase a little while later. She back peddled and said she wasn’t comfortable increasing it. Even though I’m in extreme pain due to neuropathy in my feet. Poor patient care
WVU Endocrinology 1249 Suncrest Town Centre (2nd Floor) building is towards the Kroger, (backside of Suncrest building that houses: Pies & Pints, Jimmy John's, 5 Guys, Alumni Hall). parking lot on back side plus front side. (from the front, go thru the walkway, to the doors for Suncrest Offices, 2nd Level)... take elevator to 2nd floor, follow signage down the hallway to the office... (photos taken 11/21/2025)
