If you ever want a doctor for an illness or an unscheduled medical need - DO NOT GO HERE! Doctors seems to want to work on an as minimalist schedule as possible. Called on day about a new illness for my 2 month old - after 6 hours we received a call back that we could come in in two weeks. My son ended up in the ICU that same night with an ambulance after we went to UPMC children's Express because my mom instincts told me something is wrong! The staff is very polite, great with the kids, and great at their job. The place is a great doctor's office for my kids. But they have way to many patients now or not enough doctor's. Cause when my kids get sick and I call to make an appointment they tell me they are scheduling for the next month so they either schedule you for the next month or they call and tell me what to do over the phone or they try to fit us in (but it's very rare that they fit you in). THEY ARE HORRIBLE DOCTORS! If I could give a 0, I absolutely would. After they bought out Cherry Tree, the service went all the way down. The doctors refuse to help with Medical Exemption forms for disabled children. They don’t take your concerns as a parent seriously. They don’t even try to figure out what’s going on with my medically complex child and pawn him off to multiple doctors. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. Absolutely the worst place to receive care for your child. After my son was born 3 months premature at wvu Ruby hospital we thought it would be great fit for his care in here in town. I WAS SO WRONG . you absolutely can not get your child in when they are sick which caused numerous unnecessary Emergency Room trips to Morgantown "mostly for ear infections " no telea Doc and they will not call in a RX with out seeing them this has been at least the 4 or 5 time this his happened to my son it's completely unacceptable.
