I was in the Moms Program when I was pregnant and homeless. My mentor was with me every step of the way. She helped me get stable, find housing and take me to my appointments. She believed in me and supported me. I eventually got certified in peer support and am working as a mentor helping others the same way my mentor helped me. WVP really cares about the clients and treats the employees like family. It’s a wonderful company.
I have absolutely the Best Mentor Ever she goes above and beyond for me. Her name is Tara and she is number one.
WVP Health Authority started offering electronic medical records to Marion/Polk county when many independent medical clinics would not have been able to organize or afford this. I have been proud to be a part of the Electronic Health Records team for what is going on 20 years. It has been an amazing journey that I would not been able to have if it had not been for WVP seeing this vast need and stepping in to serve the health care community in this capacity.
What an amazing place !! This place has changed my life and gave me the opportunity to grow in places I never thought I could. Thank you to the support of my peers and management for show me the kind of person I want to be .
