Contacted office to pay bill. Asked question why they didn't have other options to pay bill, like on line. Made female person mad because I asked question abruptly hung up on me. Called back asked to speak with Office Mgr. Talked to Kathy. She told me, since I questioned the way they accept payment, that I was wrong and they were old school. Extremely rude staff. I informed Kathy we would not be back to that office.
