absolutely disgusted. My 2020 Duramax with150K miles broke down and I towed it closest chevy dealer. They diagnosed and $17K to fix. Something on top half of motor and had to pull the heads. 4500 miles later, truck had get towed over 3.5 hours away b/c coolant in cylinder. They diagnosed, took heads off and inspected all the work they did, put it all back together and said it was good to go. I live 3.5 hours away and had to pay somebody to go gown to get the truck. Had a problems when heading to Ohio from sd, this was as far as we made it, we were there when they opened and they done everything in there power to get us back on the road as soon as possible, very pleased with the service we got
Not a good experience purchasing a "certified used" vehicle here. would not recommend. Edit* after finding out this vehicle was previously in an unreported accident, the dealership refused to take it back but offered give me less than I paid for it. If you're going to purchase a vehicle here, use extreme caution.
