RecommendedI have had two separate problems with my furnace in just over two months. It has been freezing out and no other companies would help me. I called WTPI and Cory came within 15 mins. He fixed the problem and was very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend WTPI to anyone needing help with any problem. I also needed Cory on a Saturday. Prompt, efficient and reasonably priced..they came when nobody else would because we weren't "existing customers" highly recommended!
I could not get the pilot lite on my gas furnace. I called ten other heating companies and most would not help because i was a new customer or had a 4 week wait. I was recommended WTPI by another heating company as they were pushing me off the phone. WTPI office manager was genuinely caring about my plight set me up for an appointment 4 days out.much better than 4 weeks.
