Amazing showroom filled with beautiful and unusual hardware that I have never seen anywhere else. Whether you need door handles and drawer pulls for a castle, a spaceship, or simply to beautify your home, you will find exactly what you need here. They also have one of the area’s best selection of Toto toilets on display, and Candace Long can patiently explain the options and expertly guide you in deciding which model to get.
Rudest customer service I’ve ever encountered anywhere. Showroom space is also moldy, crowded, and extremely run down- low ceiling with broken tiles. Not many samples from each brand. Sourcing hardware for a new build. Was refused pricing. Associate was unfamiliar with product ranges, was unhelpful, and extremely rude. Will 100% source my hardware elsewhere after such a terrible in store experience. They have some decent brands, but possible to source elsewhere. Save yourself the unpleasantry and go elsewhere.
