My appointment time was at 7:00 a.m. on a tuesday. I promptly checked in then and was given a dock door on the far building down the road for paper load.. a few mins in I got all situated in the door there is no one else around and no one to call if you need anything... A few trucks next to me pulled in and got unloaded and got on their way one after another! So after the 4th truck pulled up I walked over to that door 2 down from me and asked the guy if he had forgot about me in my door due to the doc door not being open at ... read more

Quick unload. Park on the street and walk in to check in. They will fine you if you get in grass and signs are posted. People say its tight but I didn't have any issues but I waited till I was set up to the dock to slide mine. They have 2 different buildings so double check your address.

Had a 7:45 am appt. Got me to a door by 7:15 am. They opened at 7 am. Turned a guy around who had a 10:30 am appt. So they don’t take you early if you show up while early appointments are there. Several trucks over night parked on street and 2 in the parking lot. Currently waiting to be unloaded. Everything else was easy and simple. Backing was a little tight. Very doable though.
