We were so excited to learn we could get a production quality product made for us with such a small quantity and were eager to open the box the day they arrived. It took two weeks from start to finish, but, bad news, the color was wrong and our event was 5 days away! These guys didn't fuss over it, they just fixed it and shipped the replacement bands to our hotel before the event started. Who'd expect such a small company to be so professional? Had issue with ordering almost a year ago and I forgot about my order because it was not a large one. Recently clearing out my email and came upon it. Thought I'd give them a call just to see what happens and with great customer service we came to an agreement. Looking forward to going through Wristband Connection down the line :)
I have ordered from Wristband Connection three separate times starting in 2012 four our trips to Disney World. Everything about them has been fabulous! The website and sales people are easy to work with and the quality is great! I loved that I was able to give my children color choices for their Kid ID bands without breaking the bank. They took my order after I approved proof. Weeks later was told they were coming and was just notified there was a screw up so I have to wait 2 more weeks. No thanks I'll just contact bank. I need these fire a store grand opening so I can get advertising out. I think they use Chinese supplier so I'll eliminate the middle man.
