Awful business practices this morning. Biggest day in Chicago sports history.... they said they would open at 7am after closing to doors hours early the night before the big parade. All the employees were literally laughing at the customers inquiring about when the doors would open. Then... they hiked up prices by about 20% at least. Go to the store across the street! I will never spend money here again...
I ordered a NL Champions shot and tee-shirt, and it arrived just when they said it would, the day we celebrated my son's birthday! He was thrilled to get his gift, and I was thrilled it was on time. I appreciate that you put a disclaimer on your site concerning the overwhelming amount of orders you are receiving, it is to your credibility to say there may be delays up front.
