Ordered 3 Cubs totem poles on sale. Two days after placing the order I got an email from Eric apologizing because they could only find 1 of them. He offered me the same discount on anything else I wanted in place of the two totem poles. I asked if they would be getting more in next year cause I could wait. I just received a gift order I placed Saturday. I love your store, but I also order my Chicago sports items online. Everything is always shipped promptly. I prefer to give a local business my money. The Ricketts family has plenty.
I ordered a bunch of Chicago Cubs gear and I was amazed at how fast they got all of my items to me especially since I used standard shipping. And everything I ordered was better than I expected.
The staff at Wrigleyville Sports is top notch! I placed an order later than originally anticipated, but was hoping to get the tshirts ahead of the game and wasn't sure the shipping option I selected would work. When I called to inquire about my shipping options, he looked at where I was located and gave me his best guess. We changed the option based on his recommendation, and it came right on time!! Thanks again - great customer service goes a long way!
