We cancelled our wedding due to COVID-19 and requested a refund since no services were rendered. She insisted that part of the purchase price was a consultation fee of $100, which was NEVER disclosed to us during the consultation, or when we paid. Our initial experience with them was fine but the unprofessional manner and lack of integrity by not sticking by their own cancellation policy was surprising. Now I know they have a large family and long time customers and will probably try to discredit my review but this is my experience, none the less. My 20th anniversary is today, yesterday my husband sent me the most amazing beautiful flower arrangement I've ever had in my life. Now don't get me wrong I often get flowers from him. But last year on a special occasion he sent me flowers, very expensive he was specific about what he wanted. To say the least they were ugly, honestly and died quickly. Amazing to have a floral wholesaler locally! I looked everywhere for the right flower colors/style and NO ONE ELESE had them. I got 5x the flowers I wanted for 1/10 the price I expected! They were immensely helpful, and their shop is SO cute!! Definitely recommend 100%!!
