They are the biggest Stihl dealer in Rochester. I just went there to buy a new chainsaw and they had not one in stock plus no bar and chain oil. Then I asked them the where the closest dealer was located and they told me Byron when in fact the Ace Hardware 2 blocks away is a dealer and had everything I needed. They have went downhill and I’d steer clear of Wright’s
Customer service is not a top priority so after being told to never come back I did just that and have bought from any of the other customer friendly stihl dealers in the area
Worst customer service experience. So much so I went back to pick up my still unrepaired blower after six weeks.
According to the hours listed on Google they are open another hour. Yet when I call no one answers and there is no voicemail or automatic message. Who runs a business these days without a voicemail or at least answering message stating what their business hours are and asking potential customers to call back then?
