If I could pick 0 stars I would. I ordered two wingback looking recliners. I told her repeatedly that I didn't want puffy bubba chairs and ordered the wingback with no puffiness at all. Debbie said they'd be delivered 6 to. 8 weeks. She calls me to say that they didn't have the blue leather in that chair but she'd order a chair that as very similar.
