I was blocked in my driveway by one of their vans and couldn’t leave for work. There were plenty of other street parking spots. This may speak to the intelligence of the people that they send over to do work in your home.

We will call Wright's first from now on! Our AC wasn't working properly. We called another company and they came out and told us that it was still blowing some cold air, so it was "working OK," sent us a quote of 4 different things that could be wrong, all of which were very expensive to repair, and then said to call them back if we still felt like it wasn't working. The employees were hard working and professional. It took them all day to install a new furnace and a new air conditioner in my condo. There were several of them, but they worked hard non-stop and hit it done.

Hands down the best heating and air company in Utah. Best service and quality work. They came through in a pinch after hours and have zero complaints and would highly recommend.

I called Wright Air systems in the morning as we found out there was a furnace issue. They came over within an hour and Jake helped diagnose, fix the issue and also discovered another issue with my dampeners. Was able to solve the issue and left me with contact information if there are any other problems. He is a good man, and trustworthy.
