Great experience with these guys. I had them over to do a check on my HVAC in preparation to sell my home. They walked through everyting with me and I was able to pass along the info to the buyer who was pleased with the detailed information. Home sold! As we were under contract on another home I had one of their technicians come out to look over the HVAC because the home inspection spotted some problems and recommended and expert look it over. Wrights Air Systems has Fantastic service! We have used them for several projects and home for many years! They are easy to reach and always willing to help! They know their stuff! Definitely - the #1 air and furnace company!
I wouldn't give a one star rating. I've used Wrights and been pleased with their service in the past, but after this last weeks appointment, I will never use Wrights again. The technician was there for maybe 10 minutes, charged me $40 dollars on top of the general $95 service for a 20 second vacuum, and challenged me when he gave me the price, three times... "do you have a problem with that?" Yes! If I need future service or to replace my aging system, it will NOT be Wrights. Will not recommend Wrights to anyone!
I was blocked in my driveway by one of their vans and couldn’t leave for work. There were plenty of other street parking spots. This may speak to the intelligence of the people that they send over to do work in your home.
The employees were hard working and professional. It took them all day to install a new furnace and a new air conditioner in my condo. There were several of them, but they worked hard non-stop and hit it done.
