The rent is reasonable but I should have know that renting from Wright-Way was a mistake when they lost the keys to my apartment on my move-in day. I pay my rent on time and have never complained about anything. They once lost my rent check and called my job to tell me that I owed them additional late fees and that I needed to write them a new check eventhough I had my receipt. RENTER BEWARE!!!!!!! Wright Way Services became our property management company in the fourth year of our residency. Initially we thought that this would be a great experience assuming that the company would be more resourceful than our one-person land lord.
