As a family we have been going to Wright for over15 years. Sorry to say that they have hit a new low in service and performance. Their optical center is over priced and communication is terrible. They don't meet there commitments. The doctors are fine, but with so many other choices in the area don't buy your glasses at Wright. They should take the Care out of their name because they don't care.
I recently went to the new Prairie Lakes location for my eye appointment and new glasses. I had the pleasure of working with Tammy, who was absolutely wonderful! She was very thorough in what my insurance covered & so helpful! If anyone needs glasses, go to the Prairie Lakes location & ask for Tammy, she will take very good care of you!
Great experience very friendly staff. The eye exam was thorough. Very helpful on picking out new frames. I will recommend to anyone to go.
Had great service, both by the doctor and the opticians. They took the time to find the perfect glasses. Was also very kid friendly.
Dr. Gordon was absolutely wonderful with my son, so great to work with ! Picking out glasses with Jennifer, she was patient, so knowledgeable and great to work with!
From the minute that I walked in the door, I was impressed by the professionalism of the Wright Vision Staff. Everyone was very friendly and I especially liked the time that was devoted to me to help me pick out my glasses. I have been to a lot of different places for my eye exams and glasses/contacts, and have always been less than impressed. After visiting Wright Vision Care, I do not plan on going anywhere else again!
