My computer logged me out before ending my review post of my unpleasant experience. My point is that if you have problems with your glasses, make sure you get a clear record of what you talked about and the resolution to it and if you do not agree with it, pursue it with a manager or owner. Clearly in my case there was miscommunications which ended up costing me time money and a pair of glasses. I hope my experience is an exception!
RecommendedQuality eye-care and a good selection of glasses frames to choose from.
Horrible customer service. Lied about ordering new lenses and then subsequent visit gave new insurance and booked appointment on phone and when I show up for said appointment they tell me I’m not on the books and no appointments available. No apologies and only attitude from front office. no call back from manager. Nothing. It has gone downhill since the new location.
I love the people here! So friendly and helpful, they show lots of care and build trust easily!
Doc Wright is one of the best. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Uses the latest technology. Happy to call them my long term eye care professionals.
Very poor, wrong prescription, bad costumer service, will never go there again nor do I recommend it.
I felt so welcome walking into the Main Street office. Front desk was so friendly and kind. Dr. Clements was great! Talked me through the Octomap image he took of my eyes and made me feel like he genuinely care. I received a hand written note from the doctor to my home address. I've found my new eye care provider- thank you Wright Vision Care!
I've been going to Wright Vision Care for at least ten years. They are always so friendly and knowledgeable. My hubby has even taken his crappy glasses he got from elsewhere and they fixed them for him (he now obviously comes to Wright). :) Thanks, all!
I started going to Wright Vision Care because they could see me in a timely manner. . . As in the next day, after I broke my glasses and knowing I need an updated prescription, wanted an exam before replacing my shattered specs. They have been wonderful, and I have needed to rely on them for help with a complicated set (pair?) of ocular issues. Their front-of-house staff pick out frames for me and boy do I get compliments.
