Ok so I’m one of multiple people leaving the exact same review on here. During an outage, they came into my yard without me knowing and took advantage of my wife and I not being home they trimmed the trees, left the branches all over the place damaged our fence and left trash all over our yard. When I was trying to figure out why the power service wasn’t using the access alley to work on the pole I figured it out when I walked in there and seen that it was completely blocked off by tree limbs. They butchered a tree in our front yard for no reason. Then trimmed some limbs near the power lines, but not all of them as they were supposed to do. When they thought they were done they left. Leaving a lot of debris behind in my front yard and tree branches leaning on the power lines.
Have no idea why they were on my residential street at 6am idling 5 different trucks and blocking multiple peoples driveways, but extremely unprofessional!
11/19/2024 At approximately 2:45 in the afternoon off of roads Lookout and Courtside in Garland. Do not park your trucks on a public street and completely block an entire neighborhood entrance/street preventing cars from entering a street! It is illegal!
