Great service
Came into my back yard without notifying me. My back gate is tied shut with a cinder block in front of it, so they had to move that and untie my gate without thinking to talk to a home owner. When confronting the two men who i had no idea who they are, neither of them spoke English to answer me. Tried to talk to the supervisor but he didn't want to come out of a tree. Ok so I’m one of multiple people leaving the exact same review on here. During an outage, they came into my yard without me knowing and took advantage of my wife and I not being home they trimmed the trees, left the branches all over the place damaged our fence and left trash all over our yard. When I was trying to figure out why the power service wasn’t using the access alley to work on the pole I figured it out when I walked in there and seen that it was completely blocked off by tree limbs. They butchered a tree in our front yard for no reason. Then trimmed some limbs near the power lines, but not all of them as they were supposed to do. When they thought they were done they left. Leaving a lot of debris behind in my front yard and tree branches leaning on the power lines.
