Why are yall on my street at 10:30 pm ( my the streets power is out (why is there a tree trimming service))
I’d rate this company negative if I could. Trashy and unprofessional. Stomping on a chicken wire fence making it a jumbled up unusable mess instead of unhooking it and pushing it out like it’s ment to is wild behavior.
Two days ago as I was leaving for work, I stopped to talk to the employees about saving a tree growing near the power lines. I asked if the tree could be trimmed instead of being removed. I was assured that I would have time to talk to Austin Energy. I called them that afternoon.The next day, the tree was cut down. I do not appreciate being lied to, nor do I appreciate a "tree service" that does not care for trees! This was a beautiful, healthy cedar elm that could have lived for many decades.
They cut down trees and all their debris gets put on the sidewalk. This is a hazard for anyone walking the sidewalk , so much space to put it on the grass area yet they chose to block the sidewalk. No common sense at all
The crew was great and fast! Friendly and polite.
