My wife had been complaining that her transmission seemed to be slipping in her van. So I took it in and had Chad Wright look at it. After keeping it overnight and taking it for an extensive test drive, instead of charging me massive amounts of money and taking advantage of me, Chad was honest. These guys are the most honest transmission guys I know. I went there after being told by someone else that I needed a new transmission, and then by another shop that it was my torque converter. After doing some online research I was fully prepared to pay the 1200 or so dollars for a new converter and valve body. I left my vehicle with Chad having agreed to a price and everything. GREAT, FAST & AFFORDABLE!!! Chad and the guys at Wright transmission in league city are the best and most reliable with their warranties. They've done a 1996 impala ss for me with 235k miles on it back in 2012, They installed a shift kit a transmission cooler and rebuilt the transmission so beautifully it felt like a new car and it only took 1.5-2 days. I needed to have transmission work done on my car. Being a woman and new to the area I was very nervous about being able to trust an auto shop to do the right thing for me and my car. I called Wright Transmission. They did a free estimate, gave me my options and told me how they could help me for the least amount of investment. I am truly grateful for all they have done for me. I can't tell you what a relief it was for me to find Wright Transmission! My Jeeps engine light kept coming on & finally wouldn't go away no matter what we tried.
