On February 17, 2020 Wright Plumbing arrived on a schedule visit. My Bodurus boiler needed two expansion tanks replaced. Their quote was for nearly $700 to replace the two items. Now I had the one tank replaced a few years back and know the cost of the actual tank ($40), the other is a little different model. So I looked it up at a plumbing website and it sold for $50. If I could give a zero I would. I called to schedule my yearly AC service. Two months out? Unacceptable. Increase your capacity. We purchased an AC, furnace and water heater within the span of about six months early last year and have a contract for three years of AC and furnace services. I expect that to be honored within a timely manner and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable.
